  • Valid IDs (passport, driver’s license, or state ID)

  • Birth certificates for both parties

  • Medical certificate (issued within 10 days)

  • Marriage license application + $150 IRS stamp

  • Divorce decree / death certificate (if previously married)

  • Two adult witnesses with valid ID

  • Authorized officiant (judge, minister, or licensed celebrant)
